Return Window
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have an issue with your order.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and unused in their original condition. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Photo Verification Required
All return requests require a photo of the item and packaging for verification. This helps us understand what happened and process your return as quickly as possible. Please email your photos to us when submitting your return request.
Damaged Items
We understand that sometimes things happen during shipping. If your item arrived damaged or destroyed before opening, we've got you covered — we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a replacement or refund.
If the item was damaged after opening by the customer, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
